Due to the hyper-sensitive molecular nature of lyophilised peptide compounds, it is operationally impossible to accept returned material once it has broken our verified UK-based cold-chain transit lock.
Contamination Vector Refusal
To ensure 100% purity guarantees for all researchers, a dispatched vial is fundamentally classified as compromised the moment it exits our monitored environment. As such, all outbound shipments are final. We do not execute refunds, returns, or theoretical exchanges for materials you have assumed custody of under any circumstances to preserve the total chemical integrity of our primary pipeline.
Transit Anomalies
If your package arrives physically fractured or experiences abnormal routing delays exceeding structural stability thresholds (rare within our UK routing matrix), please contact `lab@peptidelab.uk` within 24 hours of delivery. Include photographic documentation of the anomaly for immediate dispatch replacement evaluation.
