The supply architecture is constructed solely for institutional researchers or technically qualified independent operators assessing peptide sequencing and stability mechanisms. Under no procedural deviation are these materials cleared for human, clinical, therapeutic, or veterinary deployment. Usage in those scenarios is a direct violation of international law and PeptideLab terms.

2. Investigator Indemnity Declaration

By engaging with our checkout sequence, the purchasing investigator assumes total autonomous liability regarding the experimental intent. You warrant that you are structurally equipped to handle research-grade active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), understand the risks of synthetic polypeptide interaction, and are operating within a controlled regulatory environment.

3. No Therapeutic Endorsement

We do not provide usage protocols, clinical advice, dosing directives, or therapeutic literature. Any communication attempting to solicit human-use guidelines from PeptideLab technical staff will result in immediate termination of an account and refusal of order fulfillment.

4. Termination of Supply

If our automated or manual compliance audits identify intent-to-misuse (including human ingestion, injection, or distribution outside controlled laboratory boundaries), the associated account will be blacklisted indefinitely across all operating jurisdictions without recourse or refund.
